Welcome to Raj Events. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any event service.

1. Booking Confirmation :-
   All event bookings are confirmed only after the advance payment is received and the agreement is signed by both parties. Booking dates are subject to availability.
2. Payment Terms :-
   Clients must pay the agreed amount as per the payment schedule mentioned in the contract. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy :-
   If the client cancels the event after booking confirmation, the advance payment will be non-refundable. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the event stage and arrangements made.
4. Client Responsibilities :-
   Clients must provide accurate event details, venue information, and required permissions on time. Any delay may affect service execution.
5. Service Modifications :-
   Any changes in event requirements, guest count, venue, or decoration after confirmation may lead to additional charges.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Services :-
   Raj Events may coordinate with third-party vendors for catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, and other services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors.
7. Force Majeure :-
   Raj Events shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Damage Liability :-
   Clients are responsible for any damage caused to event materials, decorations, equipment, or rented items during the event.
9. Photography & Promotion :-
   Raj Events reserves the right to use event photographs/videos for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Agreement Acceptance :-
    By booking our services, the client confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
